- By getting out and biking or running along the road, you’re one less car to create noise and discomfort for other fit commuters-instead, you are one more smiling face!
- Less noise and traffic for the surrounding communities.
- Creating a community with a better personality! It’s so great to see other people getting out and being active, as it’s really contagious.
- Better air quality for anyone enjoying the outdoors in the area you are commuting!
- For those that do need to drive to work for their particular job requirement, there’s fewer cars on the road to slow things down!
- You’re definitely making the busses more comfortable for those who do need to ride it (like the injured, the elderly, & families).
- One fewer car to crash!
As you can see, there are endless benefits you are creating by Exercising to Work! Finally, the above list doesn’t even mention the two main purposes of Exercising to Work- awesome physical health, and long-term environmental solutions!
